The room was comfortable and clean, providing a good night's sleep. The location was convenient, within walking distance to the city center and close to Queen's University Belfast. The staff were friendly and maintained cleanliness in the bathrooms.
The hotel breakfast menu could use some improvement, perhaps by offering a wider variety of options.

The location of this hostel was great, just a short walk to the city center and close to the Ulster Museum and Botanical Garden. It was convenient being near small shops and eateries too. Another positive aspect was the fair price, it didn't break the bank for a short city break.
On the negative side, the rooms were quite crowded with too many beds in a small space. the lack of usable lockers was also a downside.

Breakfast offerings could be improved with simpler cereal options like cornflakes or oats.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always available to answer any questions or provide recommendations. the hostel was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and nice showers. the location was perfect, just a short walk from downtown and close to public transportation. the breakfast provided was a great perk, with a variety of options to choose from. a great experience and would definitely stay here again.
The Wi-Fi was a bit spotty and didn't work in all areas of the hostel. the lack of an elevator and the multiple flights of stairs could be challenging for some guests with heavy luggage or mobility issues.
